Super unfriendly on the phone! Don't even listen exactly to what you want. You will be directly connected and dismissed there as quickly as possible. Impossible!

Everything went really well. Only by telephone I was very nicely advised by a young man and then when I arrived at the tax office Cologne Mitte, I was quickly enlightened where I have to go and a very nice young lady (unfortunately I did not remember your name) explained everything and even taking the time to expand and correct my knowledge about the tax returns. Suggestion for improvement I was sent to the fourth floor. The man told me straight away to wait for him outside. Outside there is only a staircase and the stone floor. After waiting 20 minutes, I've given up. Sitting on the stairs for long periods was not comfortable. Okay for me at the age of 30, but I think that sitting on a stone staircase will be difficult for every older citizen. In the end, the man didn't pick me up either and so I unfortunately had to leave without any information.

Once again I am just disappointed by the German authorities. Despite multiple inquiries and personal appearance, my extremely simple request (issuing a tax number) was not even partially processed after 8 weeks, as I found out today on a phone call for which I paid 13ct / minute, of course with two queues. There is no waiting for an apology for why my files have been in the closet since the beginning of November.
