Watch out! Do not rent a car here. I booked a car in Eurowings in Palma for 300 euros for 10 days. On the spot, I then had to book additional insurance of a proud 500 euros, otherwise "no car", we always heard the budget switch. Such a dubious! Unfair methods are used to drastically increase the price. The guaranteed price of 300 euros was not respected, I had to pay more locally, otherwise I would have been in the middle of the night at the airport without a car. That was exploited shamelessly and it was not just me, if you read the reviews on budget, no matter in which branch. Budget takes care of customer service around the world. Arriving home I communicated this experience in writing to the head office in September, meanwhile I have sent two registered letters and until today (December) I did not receive any answer from the central bank. I have rarely experienced such a dubious company. I have just phoned Eurowings, who will take a closer look. The employee on the phone went in parallel during the phone call googled the reviews and said to me, yes, it's true what they say, I read it everywhere, even at other budget branches. I am pleased that internally the cooperation with Budget comes at best to the test. I wish that Eurowings would dissolve the contractual relationship to budget and Eurowings as a serious company in the future distance from budget.
