Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Totally recommended!

Pros: super-friendly service, cheaper than renting from the Sixt in Köln Hbf (5mins away). Key-drop works great in off-hours. Well-marked entrance to the garage from the road. Cons: Car pickup takes time because you are sent to the back of the hotel into the basement where someone may have to drive you to your rental vehicle.

The service received at this branch is extremely memorable and fantastic all due to the service provided by the employees. I have visited many different Sixt branches in many different countries but nothing could compare to the service received at this branch from being offered drinks if there is a slight wait to making sure you are happy with the car you are receiving - and going above and beyond their line of duty to ensure that is the case. My only regret is not taking the gentleman's name who dealt with me to personally thank him and to give him the credit he deserves! Definitely recommend and 7* to him!
