The worst expirience renting car ever! I would rate them 0 stars if possible. Booked a car over billigermietwagen after i called their call center and specifically asked if this perticular offer includes full insurance with everything covered and without me paying anything. Operator confirmed and than when we recieved the car and there were damages, we had to pay 1000€ on spot. Billigermietwagen all of a suden told us to resolve this with cafedelmar where i recieved back 850€ only, because they say that 150€ Compesaation for lost revenue which i had to pay car rental company is not covered by insurance. Total fraud billiger mietwagen & car del mar & abbycar car rental rhodes!

Worst experience for renting a car in my life. This company works with fraudulent partners, such as Atlas choice in the UK. You pay the full amount of the vehicle rental and then few months after you are debited for the same amount, because atlas choice just kept your first payment and go brankrupt. This is fraud, there is no other word. Carigami must be dismantled by the european institutions !

Really bad - avoid. Their website is called billiger-mietwagen.de Booked a car and they blocked the funds, however no email whatsoever. They blocked money on my credit card but didn't even contact me. After a couple of days I sent an email to their support. It took them 4 days to get back (not counting) the weekend. They claimed the booking was rejected by their partner. They didn't offer an explanation, no offer to help with another booking - nada. They probably wouldn't have reached out to earn me. Avoid these useless people and book either with rental companies or check24.

I reserved a car in Cefalu City (Sicily) in the summer and paid for it in advance. Unfortunately the rental station didn't exist. Request for a complaint. Since then, laughable, downright grotesque exchange by email, so far without result, since nonsensical evidence (e.g. flight ticket with arrival time, "certificate" of punctual presence at the counter - total nonsense) is required, without which the complaint allegedly could not be processed. This company and this customer service cannot be taken seriously.

ATTENTION to billiger-mietwagen.de or Silver Tours GmbH !!! You advertise with "FREE CANCEL", and then you talk yourself out into the mere role of an intermediary! I have been waiting for the rental price to be refunded for over 6 months! But Silver Tours will not reimburse the agent commission received! BEWARE of the ARGUS - CARTRAWLER: can you find an imprint or a working contact e-mail address anywhere in the network? NO!!! Response to the owner's answer: a) yes, because my partner made the booking! b) Don't protect yourself from helpfulness here now! There is enough correspondence where you shirk your responsibility by pointing out your "unfortunate" role as a mediator and express your excessive demands. Then set the WERBEGAG "cancel free of charge" !! Isn't that unfair competition?
