We chose this company as they had the best prices in cologne airport and we were really delighted with the service. The staff were so helpful and made the whole process so easy. We rented a Ford with sat nav for 2 weeks and it was a great car - it made all the difference to our holiday. They are very fair regarding terms and conditions of rental and we would definitely use this company again.

This is the best car rental company in Cologne! I rented a car for my move, but since I know nothing about cars I first saw that the car I rented was way to small when I arrived to Buchbinder. The super service minded staff then upgraded me to a bigger car for only 10 euros extra per day. But then the "close the door sensor" was broken on the new car and then I got a other car. I was still unsure of the size/space and the nice team at Buchbinder upgraded me one last time, also for free! So I only payed 10 euros extra Pro day for a Ford Transit instead of a small combi car. The service and patience the staff at Buchbinder had with me is nothing I ever have experience with a car rental company. Also the full team spoke perfect English, I even got a English copy of my contact. I highly recommend this car rental company and would always choose it when renting a car in Cologne.

Good for the price.. rented a car for 5 days for 200 euros with inssurance.. the car was not washed but clean inside.. its 9 days and still didn't get the money they hold which is 1000 euros.

Great value car hire until the car was returned, do not trust these lying, thieving crooks. I was charged, three weeks after the car was returned, £65 for refueling even though I had refilled the car. Ensure you keep proof of refueling for at least a month or suffer the same fate!

Rented a car for 2 weeks for 350€. I had to extend the rental period another 2weeks, costing 20€/day, which i was ok with. Had no problems extending, just a simple phone call. The people there speak english quite ok and overall experience was good. I had the accident insurrance for the car covering thia period and at the end they checked the car for new scratches. Found one small one on the door but they said it's allright, nothing to worry about. Don't know hot that got there though... Overall great experience, simple and good customer services. I reccomend!
