Quick and easy process. Vehicle was in great condition at a very reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone renting a vehicle in Europe. Pick up site is a short walk from a tram station that takes you to Cologne Central station too.

A great station with very friendly staff. Very helpful and also take time for the customer. I can only recommend. The vehicle was also very well maintained and I even got my dream vehicle despite a spontaneous request.

We spontaneously booked a car in the online system in the evening because our car broke down shortly before we were due to leave for vacation. So it was urgent for us to get a replacement car. After the booking confirmation, we went straight to the opening the next morning to pick up the booked car. We first had to wait 15 minutes because the employee in charge missed the store key. When he finally arrived, he was not only very unfriendly, but flippantly told us that no car was available. He made no effort to find a substitute or to understand our situation and sent us home. We would have expected a lot more from a company like Europcar, because it was not our responsibility to ensure that a booked car is available. The handling was neither professional nor service-oriented.

It doesn't even serve a star. I rented a car for which I paid 450 euros. Later I received at home two letters in which I am notified that I was charged 60 euros. I subsequently sent an email from where I found out: Due to the fact that I received 2 parking fines 10 euros and 15 euros, Eurocar charged me extra with 30 euros and 30 euros respectively (The sum mentioned by you represents the Europcar commission for managing a road or parking fine. ). Later I will also receive fines at home. It can take up to 12 months. All these say they are write in terms and conditions.
