PLEASE READ!!!!!!Do not rent a car here. There is a criminal working there that will scratch the car to charge you 500 euros extra. Its a german guy with brown hair and tan skin blue eyes around 40 to 45 years old. Be careful!!! these guys are criminals there. Use the starcar koln kalk location and avoid this crook at all cost.

The car was not cleaned outside or inside. As a precaution, I disinfected it myself. Furthermore, there was neither a warning triangle, a first-aid kit nor a safety vest. A briefing in the vehicle, unknown to me, did not take place due to lack of time and staff. However, the friendliness of the staff is to be rated positively.
Reserved a car twice in a row and then found out a day later that there are no cars. The reservation is then simply deleted. Really very annoying and unnecessary!
