I took my exam in Cologne on October 20th, 2021, everything worked great! Everyone was really nice and accommodating, I was relieved of all fears and I felt really well looked after. The psychologist as well as the doctor were very competent and friendly, absolutely not prejudiced.

They tried to invalidate my evidence of abstinence because I didn't make it there - I was literally told if I don't do another hair test on site, come up with something so that I can get a negative opinion, although the doctor and psychologist have already confirmed it positively had. After 11 weeks of waiting, the negative opinion was there and did not match the tapes at all. The FSS declared the guachten invalid and still gave me the driver's license because I was able to provide sufficient evidence. I hope karma gets you

They accuse their customers of not even having received a service, had to pay 495 and this was upgraded to the district court by the ABV after 4 years. I refused at first, but later paid everything because I would have lost the case anyway. The best thing is that I received an offer letter from the abv, where it said, the thing is done with 300 EUR, I called and had it confirmed again that I would now pay this money. According to the employee's approval, a letter came later that the remaining sum was still 195 plus court costs EUR 105 (which were not correct, the court costs were only EUR 35 because I had made up my mind at the district court. Embarrassing really embarrassing .. . The ABV was embarrassed, I think, that they said that if I make another report, I get a 50% discount, you can keep it 😂 first collect for nothing and then offer a discount. The club belongs really closed. All reviews from state to state are the same. Hands off !!!

I can only agree with the previous speaker. I was also in Heidelberg, my appointments were missed, was partially blackmailed (which I have to do my analyzes there for a positive opinion), etc. Can you call fraudsters. But I don't have the money to really investigate a lawsuit, it will probably be quite difficult because the psychologist knows what she can easily write in the report. In any case, in the 2 months in which the report was not there, massive pressure was exerted on me to get more coal out of me. In retrospect you can of course speculate whether I would have received a positive opinion if I had paid another € 600. At least I was informed orally. But if you let them through to the other reviews, that's probably not the case! Therefore not recommended!

Pushed by the impulse to ABV and by the ABV to impulse. No wonder, all GFs of the two stores have the same last name. That's allowed at all .. never again!
