Best workshop in Cologne. The only workshop (with a Citroen workshop in Ossendorf) in Cologne where I never had the feeling that I was being overreached. The workshop manager only does what needs to be done and does not try to do any other repairs. Women can also go there without any problems. All are treated equally. The man seems to know every car. After 20 years of searching, the workshop in Cologne!

Unfortunately dissatisfied. The boss was very friendly and his colleague, who probably also checked my car less. As my problem popped up again, I went back to my confidence workshop in the home. There it turned out that there had been a problem for a long time, which should have been noticed if the car had been checked correctly. Too bad, it's definitely not the CEO's fault.
