Never again! Zero stars unfortunately not possible.
In the course of an insurance claim, my vehicle should be professionally cleaned due to dirt from concrete sludge.
After cleaning, the vehicle shows various scratches and streaks. The promised report failed to materialize, there was only a handover protocol, although no joint handover took place. Absolutely uncooperative by phone!
Made an appointment online, received confirmation by email and even an appointment reminder.
The shop is difficult to find because it is located in the back yard and there is no advertising on the street
were there shortly before the appointment, employees knew nothing about anything. said boss would be there in 10 minutes, we should wait.
boss came, called, then appointment was OK. only 3 hours rather than the 2 hours mentioned online.
car picked up again, was well cleaned outside and inside. only a few small residual dirt spots on the rim cutouts and on the B-pillar, where the hinges of the rear doors are located.
otherwise really satisfied.
the company will move to another, larger building on the street later this year. we ✊ for the start-up

After 5 agreed appointments, all of which were not met without notification, I was assured that I would get the money back for the voucher I had already paid. That was in early December and has not yet taken place ...
