Very bad service. Exchange office not occupied as is so often the case. The woman was seen at her colleague's for half an hour. Just talking. No customer needs that

Although at 19:00 a billiard table was resverviert, both tables were occupied. On the demand how that can be. "We had just shift shift and the colleague has written down and nothing reserved" although on the phone after name etc was asked.
