His attitude is unacceptable.

I often shop there now in Corona times because discounters are simply too far for my health at the moment. Very, very nice staff who do not shy away from a personal conversation with me because they already know me and it warms my heart when the staff inquires about me worriedly after I have not been there for a few days. I keep seeing friendliness and hard work, and the warm dishes and sandwiches are simply amazing.
