I was there to buy a voucher card, luckily only two other customers before me. After waiting for a quarter of an hour, one of the existing cashiers didn't even begin to serve the first customer. When I decided to leave and went through the sliding door again, I saw that there were now about 10 other customers standing in line behind me. In this way I wish them the best of luck that they will come home before Christmas, teu teu teu.

Lately it has been an interesting phenomenon that customers first block the entrance to the car wash in order to shop comfortably in the shop before they take pity on driving to the car wash. The one who first buys his ticket for it is then left behind and can queue up behind the scenes. There are petrol stations where the staff makes sure that it goes one after the other. Others don't care, like here. The main thing is that the ruble rolls. Thank you for the substantial answer that has meanwhile been given. Perhaps it is still interesting that your own staff emphasizes that they cannot control the AHA specifications in your shop. Especially at the checkout, people walk all over the place ignoring the foot markings.
