One girl working inside was extremely rude when I asked her a question. She literally shouted at me just when I asked to repeat once which shelf has certain item. She might be stressed, but that does not justify the treatment.

Arriving just in Köln with my little girl, I wanted to buy bottles of water and sweets at the station. What a surprise when arriving at the checkout of this store, I am verbally assaulted by a cashier because I put my payment card too quickly in the terminal ! When I told her I didn't understand because I didn't speak German and that she could speak more kindly, instead of giving up, she continued to assault me ​​by saying that she couldn't guess (international station ?? Probably not the first tourist…) and it was me who was aggressive (just because I dared to ask, calmly, to speak more nicely). I hope this is not the way people treat tourists here (I have traveled a lot and I have rarely met someone as unfriendly with a client !).
