I don't usually write a review, but this purchase today was very underground and I was amazed how you can deal with customers. Both the lady on the first floor and at the cash desk have probably never heard of friendly service. The only bright spot was the lady at the front door. The others should take an example from this. But then I'd rather go to DM. I won't go into this shop anymore, there are plenty of other drugstores.

Unnecessarily long queue, because only one cash register at peak times. Cashier takes the cash slowly and shows her demotivation to the outside world. In addition, she does not wear a mask.

Unfortunately, the staff was totally unfriendly and visibly annoyed.
