In addition, the waiting times at the checkout are almost always very long, which is really annoying because usually only one checkout is open, although customer traffic is high.

Last night, I was there shortly before 8 p.m., where I quickly found the things that I wanted to redeem with the coupon from the app. After technical problems, the employees took the time to resolve the issue. I also have to mention that it was a very relaxed atmosphere as there was a customer next to me. I have experienced such customer friendliness that I was pleasantly surprised by the willingness and service! Incredibly friendly staff that I met there last night.
