This place is a must on everybody's list with best things to do in Cologne. Wonderful products, very friendly personell and central store. Thank you for everything!

My rating relates to the online shop and has nothing to do with the business in Cologne. Nothing can be said against the products either. But the approach to online orders leaves a lot to be desired. Two complaints for 5 orders are not a good cut. That I have to bring the wrong goods to the post office and that the correct shipment is only sent to me after the goods have been received is also not correct. What can the customer do for your mistake? On another order, I was able to order something that was no longer in stock. Was booked via the K-KArte. However, it was only credited (after a reminder) weeks later.

Great shop with nice things. And a totally personable service. Good advice and a nice atmosphere
