Ok!

The market is pretty tight. But found what I was looking for. Staff are friendly.

To be honest, I don't really understand how this Rossman branch can stick to this point of view, firstly there is a DM right next door which offers a much larger selection of products, secondly in this shop the right hand does not seem to know what the left hand is doing what makes the whole place totally chaotic. So it's not dirty or something there, but everywhere there are stacks of empty boxes, half-empty goods carts which seem to be orphaned in the area and the employees also seem totally overwhelmed when you have a question or just watch them walking through the store and somehow not quite sure what to do next. In other Rossman branches things are different and everything looks better organized and gives the image of a smoothly running business, but to be honest, this branch gives me the impression of a discounter.

A good store

Absolutely outrageous staff, as yet experienced in any branch, was just there, have many products only because of their coupon action in the app bought, after the cashier found that except for a coupon no one has worked and thus no discounts were deducted. After friendly demand on my part was assumed to me I would not have activated otherwise it would have worked and it would be my problem! If I have a problem, I should come back on Monday when the boss is there. Never again this store !!
