I went to this drug store today and was yelled at by a clerk. Because I forgot to take a basket. Very unfriendly staff!

First the positive things. The market is tidy and the market is usually not particularly full, so you can shop relaxed. Unfortunately (not related to Corona) some items that are on my shopping list are sold out or not yet given. There is a large parking lot. Parking is free for 90 minutes. The employees are not particularly friendly or make an effort. What I don't like about DM. If you don't just buy two things, the tape is far too short to put everything on the tape. But one thing particularly upsets me. When the purchases are scanned / cashed, the cashiers simply throw the goods into the shelves, which are very small. (So ​​you can’t wrap up directly.) Since you can’t wrap up so quickly, all the articles squeeze and sometimes don't look as great anymore. Then when the next customer comes, the shelf is divided so that things are squeezed even more. I have mentioned this several times, but the cashiers are not interested in it at all. No other supermarket / drugstore does this so badly.

A few weeks ago I saw a new employee explain that the separately collected batteries and light bulbs are disposed of together with the residual waste and that the separate collection containers are only set up to give the customer a good feeling. I hope this is not the usual procedure in all branches.

Despite the largest sales area not even a third of my normal DM shopping list in stock. Since I am better served in smaller branches. Long queue at the cash register. That should be better 🙄😐
