Very unfriendly staff in Kalker branch! Don't like going shopping there. The ladies are very irritable, aggressive and very unfriendly, except for the lady at the cash register with the headscarf. She is always very kind.

Hygiene rules are not observed. Employees and security services do not wear a mask. I just don't feel comfortable there. Note: "Face shields" are not mouth and nose protection!

Assortment is good, questions about products are generally answered in a friendly manner. However, I find some of the sales people at the cash registers to be unfriendly (no greetings, derogatory behavior (unfortunately not the first time). It would be desirable for staff to communicate with schools. Kind regards

I was at Rossman's school material from my son, he is first class and I have never even bought this material. I got help from one of the employees to find it, she said I don't have time. Other markets were happy to help me
