Was there today and the shop really impressed me! I don't understand some of the reviews here -.- * The staff were super friendly and tried very hard despite such a high point of contact. Mülheim is not the creme de la creme in Cologne either!

I like Rossmann but this branch is absolute horror! My first photo order was "lost" in the branch. The same dilemma with the second attempt to order 1 week later! I asked the completely listless saleswoman who wanted to get rid of me for help, who then suddenly was able to get my order from the warehouse. So much for "lost". I don't feel like it! A process that is actually completed in a few days has dragged on here for almost 2 weeks.

I like to come. Seller friendly and I get everything you need. thanks

I was shopping there today. Despite Security and Corona, the business was completely overcrowded. Distances could not be kept and the cash registers were so open that one was forced to stand side by side in order to be able to numbers. Not reasonable to buy there in the current situation. Unfortunately I will switch to the competition.
