I just came back from the worst experience I had in any sort of store in my life. The situation: I ordered two different flower bouquets ( picked them, took them by myself although there were two employees and only one other customer...I had a feeling I was standing on the way of the one employee who was walking around, no may I help you no nothing) . Regardless, I stand at the cashier, give the money I am told to pay, take the change. There are two wrapped bouquets on the cashier table. I reach to take them both thinking those are mine. The men at the cashier reaches and literally grabs my hand and takes the bouquet from my hands saying you leave that here. I figured he packed my two different bouquets in one paper and the other bouquet was for someone else. I just left speechless and heard the men sarcastically smiling as if he caught a thief. There is a better way to clarify any customer misunderstanding. Completely disrespectful, there is another flower shop few steps further so never going back here again. No idea who is owner of the shop but if you ever read this, please train your employees to treat customers with some respect. Thanks.

Best flower shop in the world! I have been the happiest regular customer here for 5 years. Always a great selection at great prices and really great staff.

Extremely insolent employee. You are just ignored. It's your own fault, then I'll just buy my flowers somewhere else;)! Otherwise, actually quite a selection of flowers. For me, however, customer service is the be-all and end-all. Unfortunately, if I don't get a hello back as a customer, I can't give out more than one star.

The staff is so rude. Either I was served unsympathetically or even completely ignored. It's a shame, because the flowers and the variety are very nice there and the 2 stars, otherwise the staff really deserves zero stars. I don't enjoy shopping there anymore, so I'll skip it.

Flowers in great quality and the lady who served me was very nice too!
