Why is it that as a customer you are served so incredibly unfriendly? There can be no talk of advice. Are your nerves on edge? If I read through the other reviews, the owner's problem must be a fundamentally wrong attitude towards her profession. I can only advise against testing his nerves there.

First I wanted to describe my terrible encounter with this person, then I'll leave the other reviews. Well, now you can imagine what I wanted to write. I just hope that this person reads this and gives some thought.

WORST EXPERIENCE !!!!! INCREDIBLY BLAME I cannot put into words how terrible my encounter with the owner of the shop was. I was shocked how arrogant and unfriendly someone can be. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. There are really nice other flower shops on Ebertplatz, where you will be served in a friendly and nice way. This lady, on the other hand, only pisses off her customers. I don't understand how anyone can even go there! The experience was awkward.

Can only confirm what has already been mentioned. Unfriendly, arrogant and not the least bit interested in selling anything. And everything was conveyed impressively within 30 seconds.

I have never seen such an unfriendly owner. An extremely uncomfortable atmosphere and inappropriately arrogant advice. I have not bought and will no longer enter this store.
