Absolutely top quality. Am thrilled. Had a WB 10 years before, but this luxury product is wonderful. Everything was right and is of very good quality. So absolutely great! On Friday 01.01. we found a hole in the water core of our old water bed (from another manufacturer). So a new bed had to be found as soon as possible. Oh dear, and we thought that during Corona times it would be difficult. We quickly came across Wasserbett XL. The site is clear and you don't have to configure your own bed. 3-5 working days for the luxury bed. Never, we thought! We were counting on 2-3 weeks. Order was sent on the same day and what can I say, Monday 04.01. the employee called again to compare and on Friday the bed was actually delivered by a forwarding agent! MEGA! The construction was uncomplicated and so far we are very satisfied with the quality and workmanship. TOP!

After the online purchase, an employee calls and goes through all the order details again with you. This is great, creates trust and you can even change something if necessary. The set-up was easy, we had done it before, but everything was really easy with the first set-up, I even managed to do it with the child without my husband. The quality of the waterbed convinced us.
