The beds are so good and recommendable that we have already “arranged” four beds with family and friends and everyone is just as enthusiastic as we are! And the “Bed to Go” - overproduction for hotels - is a great bargain. Our new bed is comfortably stored at Dormastyle until we move. A great service combined with professional and patient advice! We are perfectly happy with our box spring bed. Very competent advice with plenty of time to try out and explain the different options. Our bed was ready within 3 weeks and was quickly assembled by friendly fitters. A clear recommendation from us. We have never had such a comfortable and beautiful bed. That was the best investment. We have been looking for a new double bed for a long time and came across the manufacturer "Dormastyle" by chance when we drove through Hürth. The advice was very friendly, professional and excellent right from the start. We were very well informed about all product classes and the manufacturing process as well as the materials. We took a lot of time for the test bed and gave us tips on the selection. At no time did we have the feeling that they were trying to sell us something that we did not need, but that we actually responded to our needs. All our wishes were taken into account and the entire ordering and delivery process was very well organized. Our new box spring bed makes a very high quality impression and has even exceeded our high expectations. The worst decision of my life to buy a bed there, never again !!!! The advice in the City Store was very good and convinced me. After much deliberation and testing twice, I decided to buy a bed there, which was anything but cheap. Lt. Terms and Conditions I had to pay 50% of the order price when ordering, the other 50% will be due upon delivery. I immediately transferred over 50% on the day of the order and should receive an order confirmation or confirmation of payment in the next few days. After 2 weeks I still had no confirmation and I decided to call the head office to complain. The whole morning was only an answering machine to reach. When I finally reached a woman at noon, she promised me to check the process and call back in the next 2 hours. When late in the afternoon I still did not receive a call, I called again. The same woman promised me a callback in the next 5 minutes, but nothing happened. It seemed like I was a fraud and the company is insolvent. Quite irritated, I called the customer service representative who sold me the bed, she promised to take care of it, I would have to get the confirmation soon. With 2.5 weeks delay, I finally received a payment and order confirmation. Another 2 weeks later my customer advisor called me and told me the bed is ready and can be delivered. She asked me for a possible delivery date and told me vigorously that I should remit the balance immediately, otherwise the bed could not be delivered. From that day on it was just stalking! Instead of giving me a binding delivery date and more information about the delivery, the Account Manager called me almost daily to pressure me about the final payment. Although in the terms and conditions of this company is clearly regulated: "Final payment on delivery" I have experienced a lot in my life, but never before has a company dealt with me as a customer. I've always paid my bills on time, even without being stalked.
