I cannot understand some of the recessions, so I am happy to pass on our positive experiences. First of all, thanks to Mr. Klöppel, we have definitely never received such good and competent advice. This was not about a sales pitch, but about the customer's request, the sensitivities and the problems that existed through the previous sleep situation. The counseling inspired us to rethink how we want to sleep in the future. What is good for us and how our back lies on the respective mattress. Granted, we've now spent a "small fortune" but we only have one back and good sleep is important. Due to the Corona, the delivery takes a little longer, but we are happy to accept that, after all, the service is top, also in terms of delivery and assembly. All fair play. Looking for a new bed, we ended up in the house in Cologne. We were welcomed very friendly and advised very competently. We found our dream bed there and spent a little more as we wanted, but we love our new bed. Well, the delivery took a while but nobody can do anything about it, except for Corona.
