This review only relates to the online presence or what happens when you just want a catalog. It started off nicely, my wife told me that she had ordered a furniture catalog and was looking forward to looking at it with me. I already knew that, I had already received two emails. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough, more emails followed, several pri days and my wife was carried away to make an appointment for the online consultation, which she was offered several times (probably also on the phone). And since then the emails haven't stopped. Worse still, after we canceled the appointment by email, more confirmations came and now we suddenly have two appointments. One for Cologne, one for Berlin. With so much penetrance, I've lost interest in this business.

We should have believed the reviews of the Cologne shop. After ordering at the beginning of April, the delivery was defective again today - in the event of a further improvement - October 22nd, 2020 - after more than half a year. That cannot be excused with Corona either. The advice in the store was promising - then things went steeply downhill. Incorrect data was read in during measurement, deadlines were not kept, no information was given and inquiries were ignored. The Berlin shop was a bright spot, which at some point helped to at least get information. An absolute disappointment - somehow there is no joy in the furniture.

It helped a lot to stop by the store, look at the samples and get advice. It would have been great to see the special model in the shop. The product itself is very good. The wood is flawless, the construction is extremely solid and well made. I chose the assembly service, which was friendly and worked cleanly (and afterwards glued parquet gliders under it).

We bought chairs for a lot of money and they were broken 4 years later (all chair legs) and on request said that they are no longer in the warranty and the manufacturer is insolvent. Now we stay on the financial damage ... can not recommend it.

We requested a catalog there and were constantly harassed by email, even though we did not register for the newsletter yet. 2 x we have asked so far not to contact us. Extremely penetrating and annoying - so scares off potential customers. Therefore, we prefer to work together with the competition. And if you look at the bad reviews in terms of quality, that's a good decision.
