We as customers did not feel comfortable. There was no effort to show something - or to show how it could be designed. You were only delegated (except once) to walk through the shop yourself and see it.

We received excellent advice from Mr. Hauser. Despite Corona, the Vitra armchair and designer lamp arrived faster than stated in the order. The price-performance ratio is absolutely acceptable. We would particularly like to emphasize that not even a deposit had to be paid. We can highly recommend the company smow!
