So slowly the gas station gets on my nerves. It is a gas station without staff where customers pay in advance by card. It has happened quite often that I drove to the site at about 10 pm, authorized the amount with the credit card and wanted to start refueling, but then simply no petrol was spent. Actually, the gas station is supposed to be open until 10 pm, but the system simply shuts down earlier and all the lights go out, the release of gasoline does not take place. I do not understand several things: 1. Why can not an automatic filling station be open around the clock or at least longer than 10 pm? 2. Why does the authorization of the card work for the payment, if then anyway no more gas is spent? If this should have the background to keep the noise pollution for the neighbors as low as possible, then one could simply start by indicating the opening times in the usual tank apps correctly.
