The bed was more firm than I anticipated, but still on. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Would've been 5 ⭐ but the sheets and towels were a bit rough. Overall, worth the cost and I'd go back
The hotel is amazing! They should give them one more star! Bed is very comfy, the room was very nice, bathroom also.
We had tee and coffee in the room , breakfast was good. Staff was very kind and friendly, this is how you should treat guests, give them a raise ;) I will visit this hotel any time! I recommend it! :))))

Thanks for a pleasant stay, all though it was only for one night. The staff was very kind, smiling and helpful, and we will definitely come back next time we visit Trier 😊
We travelled as a couple for a night. It was a great spot to walk to all the sights and see the town. The sauna upstairs was worth it at the end of the day!
The room was spacious, furniture placed well and clean.
Staff was wonderful! Every person we met spoke great English and were very helpful.
We loved Trier, and would definitely recommend this hotel.
