Super friendly, fast service! From the first telephone contact to the receipt of the watch by the Rolex employee, the watch was opened directly and a visual inspection and an initial estimate of the costs were made, until today it was really a 5-star service. The watch is 12 years old and I wore it almost every day. So far I've never had any problems, but you could see the daily signs of use. Now it looks like new !! Not a single scratch on the watch or bracelet. I am very happy to have decided to bring the watch directly to Cologne! PS: The cost estimate came a few days after it was submitted, it was adhered to to the cent and corresponded exactly to the cost of an overhaul.

Was greeted very friendly and courteously by the gentlemen in the reception below. Arrived on the 8th floor, a very personable lady greeted me. All my questions were answered, KVA took place in a week or so (despite Corona)! For me it was the right decision to go to Rolex directly! Looking forward to picking up my watch soon.
