Pure disappointment! The employee was a disaster. He spat parts of his last meal on the table while talking. Didn't feel well, so left without buying.
Very pleasant, trusting atmosphere. Very good advice from Ms. Magney. For rings with stones, I was asked whether the stones could be removed or whether I would rather take them back with me.
I found that very accommodating.
