We bought our wedding rings here and loved the service. When the stone fell out of the ring after 2.5 years and we wanted to have it replaced, Ms. Kopacz met us with absolute understanding and sent the ring straight to us. She could even remember us and we were happy to have the beautiful piece of jewelry repaired so quickly.
Very pleasant customer service and excellent service thanks to Ms. Bathen. So far I've only bought one watch here, but it won't be the only one! ;-)

Shopping at Deiter was just fun. Friendly, courteous, regardless of whether you have a purchase or a complaint.
I gave a high-quality watch to change the battery because this jeweler also sells these watches, cost 20 euros and after 1 day there was water in the case. opened, dried and re-locked seal then looked ok 2 months later the clock stopped again. given to another jeweler and sent to the original workshop watch has water damage costs around 200 euros. never again jeweler deiter. If you are already changing the batteries of such high quality watches you should also check the seal afterwards and change the seal if necessary. 1 battery change cost me a total of 220 euros.
