The concept of selling goods like flour, grain or chocolate in bulk is a good idea and worth supporting. However most of the vegetables that are sold without packaging anyway is slightly overpriced here compared to comparable organic grocery stores. About the other stuff: Bulk trade goods should at least be slightly cheaper than their packaged counterparts. Which is not the case here. What really turned me away was the way the staff (maybe they were the store owners) grabbed dried fruit out of a bulk ware display with their unwashed hands and fed it to their baby child. Grain that is in acrylic tube rotary-paddle-type dispensers can be poured without touching it. But these dried fruit and nut display dispensers are a hygiene nightmare. You simply can not control if people actually use the designated shovels. The products that are sold out of these are unlike vegetables not washed before eating. After seeing this I rather stick with packaged food for a while. I don't believe that in this type of store hygiene control is possible at all unless some items are sold from behind a counter by trained staff.

Was there for the first time yesterday. Unfriendly staff. I went to the door and didn't know that the disinfectant was hanging behind the door because I looked at the employee and asked where I should disinfect, then the employee only said a snippy "disinfect hands over there I think until 16 you will hopefully be able to count" . The shop itself is a great idea and beautiful, but after this experience I won't go into this shop again. I'd rather look for another store.
