One of the libraries in Cologne that, in my opinion, are not of particular importance to me, because the organization and the treatment of customers by the staff are not satisfactory, so I only award one point in total.

Just turned in a book that was due and was there on a Sunday in the bathroom. Because the central library is now also open on Sundays. But you cannot pay for certain media that you have reserved and already picked up.

Very large selection and great staff.
