As a customer one is ignored here. The long-haired salesman prefers to chat instead of serving customers. Service just bad, not recommended.

This wine chain can be highly recommended
After a long time back and forth, I have come to the decision, my displeasure with this business, also on the saleswoman (wife, blond, mid-50) to make air.
The service was saucy and pejorative. On my questions, she responded annoyed. As a customer she always made me feel that as a customer who has no idea about wine, I would keep her from something more important. The pinnacle of the whole thing was when she made fun of a gift idea I was about to make, turned to her colleague.
If I did not really need something special then I would have left without hesitation. Here is openly celebrated, only want to have wealthy customers and the attitude of the saleswoman has let me feel that in my eyes I belong only to the "common infantry" and she did not want to give me up.
I do not know such a bad service from the Hamburg branches.
