Great locksmith with a very nice lady and gentleman, the two of them are just great and very competent, the keys that I make there always fit. But the shoe repair is also very good and cheap at the same time. I can only recommend them. Thumbs up 👍

What a great service! So far I was "only" super satisfied with shoe repairs and copying keys, today my door lock was repaired in a flash, competently and cheaply. Highly Recommended!

The key was deliberately milled on the wrong blank and therefore did not fit in the lock. In response to my complaint, the owner replied in the original: "I knew that the key would not fit, you were unlucky, but we keep the 15 EURO!" ..and laughter. I have never experienced such an unprofessional shop and incompetent service like this one !!! Absolutely NOT recommended and bypassing any humanity! This was a fraud on the part of the shopkeeper and is unfortunately only treated as a civil offense by the police, which is why no report is possible
