I had my key copied, but then it didn't fit on my door, which is why I went there 4-5 times and it was allegedly improved every time, in the end the key didn't fit again. When I went there for the last time today to give the key back and to get my money back, I was refused because they supposedly never give money back. Instead, he wanted to give me a voucher so that I can have my shoes repaired. I paid € 20 for the key and a shoe repair won't do me any good! I do not recommend this shop to anyone!
