Absolute disaster! Called after 1.5 hours (food is on the way). Then again after 2 hours (driver has swapped the food, delivery takes place without payment). Of course, food never arrived! KittyChai, why this delivery service!?!? Very disappointing and never again ... Edit: Food came after over 3 hours (11:05 p.m.) - but the evaluation remains ...

Ordered online because there was no order confirmation, called again. Then a friendly gentleman said that he did not know whether ordering through the online portal worked at all !? Then why is it offered? An hour and a half waiting time has already been announced and that on Monday afternoon ... I hope it stays that way.

18:10 ordered two soups. Confirm Order Received. Since it often takes ages to call you at 20:30. Order has not arrived, is now made and delivered immediately. It's already 21:30 and the order is still not there. Can not imagine. I really miss the words.

Actually, the delivery in Cologne runs quite well. We are at the very edge of the delivery zone, the funny thing is that we have just ordered on the website (you have to click on the post code) and then there was a call, it would be too far away. Thus, no delivery. Strange that we last ordered there and it was delivered.

The worst delivery service we know. After more than 2 hours and two calls on our part, each telling us that the food was on the way, we were at least asked for forgiveness on the third call. The then estimated delivery time was 3 hours. Sorry, but if I'm not able to run a delivery service, I should not offer one either. We have the food canceled (I hope that works at least) the evening is in the bucket. The one star is therefore still too much
