Technically outdated and could use a renovation (or two), but prices are good value and I like their selection of original voice movies.

Guys, please replace your seats! That’s unacceptable - they are so uncomfortable and all uneven, and flimsy, some seats you have to push with your back to seat upright, they are also from some sweaty cheap material. Only good thing about this cinema is that the movies can be seen in English - but luckily by now there are other cinemas in Cologne doing that - so guys, you are losing your competitive advantage of why anyone would chose your cinema in current state. The seats are really a deal breaker for me - unless you are the only ones showing the movie, I go somewhere else! Before you changed the seats, we used to go to you all the time, for years!

Film selections are very good. Sound is excellent. Picture is still old school (not High Definition). Unfortunately, the seats are really uncomfortable in Kino 1. Please upgrade.

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable seats and movies in English with subtitles (OMu). Food and drinks can be bought from the kiosk and taken into the cinema. Great experience

Staff is nice. They play in original language and that's about where it being good stops. No one finds the row letters for seating. For the first 1/4 of joker the sound was far too quiet then all of a sudden too loud. Seats aren't the best. Generally a bit dirty. You have to hold the button down in the bathroom to have water, soap dispenser gives too little soap. Everything is a big meh. Fine... Sure... But nothing great. Could have nicer beer or at least a variety.
