Because of Corona you can only book tickets online. Of the website has no information about this. So we ended up not being able to go because the registration was not fully finished.

This is the biggest cinema in cologne as far as I know and the best place to see the newest releases. However, keep in mind that the films are all in German and you would be lucky to find a film in English in that case. You should go to the cinema Metropolis or another Cinema that shows original language versions of films. The cinema is in very good shape and there is a very large parking structure underneath where you can park for a discount when you visit the cinema. There is also a very delicious burger restaurant on the bottom floor of the cinema. Although you should make reservations beforehand. When you visit the cinema, you should be prepared to endure up to half an hour of commercials. And that means that you don't need to necessarily arrive on time. The cinemas themselves are all huge and in good condition. There's also a luxury Hall at the top of the building, number 10, where you can pay an additional two or three euros and get a reclining chair with an amazing amount of legroom. Concessions are located on every floor but because the cinema is so popular, You should be prepared to wait in line for a long time. And I recommend that you get there an advance if you will be purchasing popcorn soda or other things.

Way too crowded, which would be okay if you didn't have to wait 20-30 minutes for a bag of Popcorn (we didn't, but had friends missing the beginning of the movie). Seats are alright, but certainly not top notch. Overall it's not a bad cinema by any means, but people working there should get trained.
