I made an appointment by phone for 9am to visit for a move. Nobody came. Then I called at 9.30am and you "thought" it was "just" about the kitchen. (Which doesn't explain why nobody was there at 9 o'clock) He wanted to come over later. Then I said it was done. The relationship of trust does not exist. Answer to answer: Yes it is right. It was again apologized in a friendly manner via SMS. Nevertheless, personally I no longer had a good feeling and no longer had any need at the company.
