Great service and great team. The guys worked briskly and quickly. Our move and the disposal took place from the 4th floor of the old building. The employees were always in a good mood and sometimes had a brisk saying on their tongue. There wasn't even a word of dissatisfaction on the altitude. Everyone is super personable. We can only recommend the moving company.

The 6 movers from Colonia came 20 minutes earlier than announced and implemented our move professionally and quickly. They had extra materials with them, which was super helpful (you don't always think of everything (e.g. moving box with clothes rail). The price was okay, about 30% cheaper than the cheapest comparison offer. The move starts at 7:20 am Lasted until about 2 pm (100 square meter apartment, new apartment only 1 km from the old apartment). With the many parts and the total of 5 floors, it is almost astonishing that only a mini flaw was created on a door frame The complaint about this was unfortunately not processed further at Colonia (direct report made on the day of the move and checked by phone - never heard from again). But the bottom line is that I am satisfied and would recommend Colonia to others.

We made our move from Cologne to Bergneustadt with Mr. Prusseit and his team. Unfortunately, furniture was damaged during the move, and we have not been informed of the damage. I have been trying to reach Mr. Prusseit for four weeks to clarify this, but he does not answer. In our pull-out apartment, the wall in the stairwell was damaged several times, and there was no feedback. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend the company to anyone.

My family and I moved with the company at the time and can only recommend it. Service great, nice staff, help with changes, we had no problems with our appointment really great. I will definitely choose this company for my own move
