I would like to warn all other interested parties! We moved our detached house with the moving company Cicense. The contact with Mr. Cisense was serious. He announced that he would come with 2 sprinters and 4 men. He was on time on the day of the move, but only with one car and a total of 3 men (Mr. Cisense and two people without knowledge of German and without transport experience!). The move was carried out, but with considerable damage to our furniture and house. In advance, Mr C assured us that he had adequate insurance cover in the event of a claim. ATTENTION: Cisense has no transport insurance and is therefore not insured against damage to movable goods! Now we are still sitting on our damage caused by negligent load securing and unprofessional furniture transport and assembly of around € 2,500. The immovable damage was settled. Mr. Cisense can no longer be reached and does not answer. Now the legal process follows ...
