Our driver was on time, super friendly and patiently helped us load and unload. We had to wait at Ikea before unloading because we had brought back a large piece of furniture and had to report to the reception first The driver kindly waited for us until I and my brother-in-law were able to get everything out of the car. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a human, pleasant and flexible transport service :)
