Excelent place to park when picking someone up. Extremely expensive. 3€ for short stays
The parking lot is easy to find. Taxis are waiting there, you are immediately in the train station not far to platform 1 and the police are there immediately. You can also park for a quick walk to Cologne Cathedral or something to buy or eat in the train station or outside. Greetings from the Bergisch.
