Broken doors, too dark, expensive.
It's a parking garage. Functional but old

Typically quite dirty for Cologne city center. However, it is not that expensive and is located directly on Hohe Straße. Since Cologne's city center is becoming a more and more car-free zone, I can recommend this multi-storey car park to anyone who cannot / do not want to travel by bus or train.
2.5 euros per hour and a maximum of 15 euros per day
