Great location, enough space for parking, fair price, I made a trip to Cologne, so for me this one was the perfect place to park my car.

Green light. You go inside presuming there are free parking places. Then you loose half an hour searching for a “real” place, because, in fact, all the “free” places are too narrow, as there are columns, beams everywhere (the park places shouldn’t have been organized as such at all from the beginning). And then, you are late for your appointment.

Extremely unfriendly and aggressive responsible for the parking lot. We came from Belgium and lost our parking ticket by accident. The responsible at the office immediately started cursing us in German (Scheisse,...) and got very angry (we speak only a few words German). He even touched me and my girlfriend. The man in question is a bald guy. He should definitely not be given a task where he has to deal with people. Do not come here!!
