Difficult to navigate, expensive, smells of piss
Tourists beware. Don't park here if you're not planning to shop in Galleria Kaufhof. You must leave before closing hours. Else you need to call and pay 25€ + your parking ticket for them to let you leave past opening hours. Very expensive if you don't shop in Galleria as well.
You can park here if you pretend to visit the Dom in Cologne
