City Parkhaus Gmbh & Co Kg

Is it very difficult to keep this car park at the consistently high level of non-functioning technology, poor lighting, extremely stiff stairwell doors and bad-smelling urine? Apparently not! I personally had the dubious pleasure once and never again of parking there, of all places! I've never seen such a shabby parking garage! Whenever I'm in the vicinity on foot and see if anything has changed for the better, a single step into the stairwell is enough ..... just scary.
